These Terms & Conditions govern your use of westerlyreviewgroup.com and the in-person services provided by Alcyone Hotel Residences. By accessing the website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site or our services.

Offline format of services

Alcyone Hotel Residences is a 100% offline, in-person venue. All services, including hotel accommodation, conference hall hire and private casino salon events, require a physical visit to our premises at 35 Hercules St, Hamilton QLD 4007, Australia. We do not offer online gambling, remote gaming or any form of virtual participation. Every activity takes place face-to-face at our brick-and-mortar location with staff present on site.

Bookings and payments

Bookings are confirmed only after we have issued a written booking summary and received payment in full. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars. Payment is due 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date or event. We accept the payment methods described at the time of booking.

Cancellations and refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booked date receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the booked date forfeit 50% of the total booking value.
• No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full booking value.

Guest conduct

All guests must behave respectfully, follow the directions of Alcyone staff and provide valid identification when requested. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel a booking or remove any person from the premises who causes disturbance, damages property or fails to comply with these terms.

Liability

Alcyone Hotel Residences is not liable for loss or damage to personal property, except where such loss or damage is caused by our negligence or willful misconduct. Guests use the premises and facilities at their own risk and are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their invitees.

Intellectual property

All content on westerlyreviewgroup.com, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Alcyone Hotel Residences or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify any content without our prior written permission.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
