Guarantees & Booking Conditions

  • All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are valid for 14 days from the date of the quote.
  • Reservations are confirmed only after a written booking summary has been issued and accepted.
  • Full payment is required 48 hours before the casino event or room arrival.
  • Private casino salon bookings include a minimum duration of 4 hours and a dedicated host.
  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival receive a full refund; later cancellations forfeit 50%.
  • Guests must present a valid ID at check-in and at every private casino night.
